Abstract:The FeSiAl soft magnetic film of anti- electromagnetic interference is obtained after the flat FeSiAl magnetic powder treated by the surface coating of silane coupling agent, adhesive coating molding, hot pressing, etc., then its microstructure and permeability are measured by scanning electron microscopy, permeability tester, respectively. The experimental results showed that the use of silane coupling agent KH- 550 to treat the metal powder used in the soft film can make the adhesive bonded firmly to the metal powder and can coat the surface of the powder totally. The flatness, flexibility, density and magnetic permeability of FeSiAl films prepared by using 3%- 5% (mass fraction) epoxy resin adhesive and 10%- 12% (mass fraction) polyurethane adhesive are better. The thin film of 0. 5mm is hot- pressed 5min at 180℃ in the flat vulcanizing machine, in which the flexibility is better, the density is the highest (3. 2g/cm3), the permeability is relatively high (125H/m), the reflection loss reaches the minimum value of -14. 2dB at 2. 8GHz frequency, and the bandwidth of -10dB (90% absorptivity) reaches 2. 12GHz. Since the high permeability materials can be easily performed impedance matching, the FeSiAl soft film can be used as special anti- electromagnetic interference materials.
